1. What is Marauders Tactical Training? MTT is a company that provides airsoft adventures and firearms training programs. It is open to the public. Events are typically scheduled on the weekend, but please refer to our Schedule page for specific dates. Return 2. Where is MTT located? The closest major crossroads to the training area are 419th Avenue and Elliot Road near Buckeye, AZ. Click here for a map of its general location. Precise directions are given to registered players. See our carpooling options. Return 3. Is there an age requirement? Guests 12-17 can participate, but with parent authorization. Return 4. What kind of training and events can I expect? MTT calls their airsoft missions “Spec Ops” or "Operations". Players participate in a variety of missions as US soldiers (such as "hostage rescue", "VIP escort", "locate an objective", "ambush", or "attack and defend."). The battlefields feature mock buildings, vehicles, booby traps, civilian and trained enemy role players. These events usually draw 20 – 40 players. The missions last about 6 hours. MTT also hosts two day events where players camp overnight. These events usually draw about 40 – 100 players. You do not need any prior experience to come out and train with us. MTT also offers military, law enforcement, and private organizations the opportunity to coordinate their own training programs at the UAC. Or you may select a host of training programs offered by MTT such as SWAT, Ambush, Patrol, Vehicle Tactics, and Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT). Authorized tactical training systems that may be used at the MTT UAC include MILES, blank-firing weapons, UTM, and airsoft. Return 5. How much does it cost? Prices vary depending on the event, but typically prices range from $10 - 40 per person. Adventure Passes may be purchased to save money. Return 6. Can I use my own airsoft gear? Yes, but it must meet the required equipment list. Return 7. I don't have the required gear. Can I rent? How much is it? Rental gear is $40 per person (separate from admission). It includes gun, ammo, tactical vest, mask... basically everything except for “boots and hydration carrier”. Return 8. Can I host a private event at the field? Yes. The event must be held on a day when no events are scheduled. Private events start at $300 for a minimum of 10 guests. Return 9. Can you explain all these acronyms?
10. What are the fps requirements for airsoft weapons? We authorize guns that shoot under 375 fps with .25 bbs. All measurements are made with .25 bbs using a chronograph located onsite. Return 11. I live far from your location. Do you offer a carpool? Yes, carpooling is offered but there are limited spots available. Contact us to check availability.
